Amanda S. Brill is a partner at TL Brill Parisi in London practicing solely US immigration law. Ms. Brill has practiced US immigration law since 2005 and has been included in the publication Who’s Who Legal: Corporate Immigration for several years. Ms. Brill has extensive experience with a wide range of immigration issues representing primarily “aliens of extraordinary ability” for O-1 visas in the arts, film, television and other creative fields, as well as investors, multinational corporate entities and innovators and individuals for visa applications at embassies worldwide.
Ms. Brill is routinely invited to speak on and write about US immigration matters and is currently the Chair of the bar association the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s (“AILA”) Rome District-EMEA Chapter which includes over 550 US immigration attorneys. She has also been selected as a volunteer for AILA National, comprised of over 15,000 lawyers, serving as the Chair and Co-Chair for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services International Operations Liaison Committee winning two President’s Commendation awards for outstanding volunteer service and assistance to the AILA President. Ms. Brill was selected as a Massachusetts “Rising Stars 2010 Super Lawyer” and served on a panel of Boston University School of Law (“BUSL”) Prominent Alumni addressing “Mega-Firm Alternatives.”
Ms. Brill is a graduate of the University of Arizona cum laude (1998) and the Boston University School of Law (“BUSL”) (2002). She has a keen interest in fashion, studying at Central Saint Martins in London for a short course in 2018. Ms. Brill is an active volunteer for the charities Age UK and Right to Play and is a Young Patron for the Victoria & Albert Museum in London. Ms. Brill is admitted to practice law in New York.
Daniel J. Parisi is of counsel to TL Brill Parisi in London. Mr. Parisi has practiced immigration law since 2003, and has extensive experience with a wide range of business and employment-related immigration with a particular focus on waivers of ineligibility for people seeking to enter the U.S. who are inadmissible for criminal/personal reasons. He is a graduate of West Virginia University (1998) with a BA in International Relations and Foreign Languages; however he spent the majority of his undergraduate years in Europe where he became fluent in Spanish and French. In 2016, Mr. Parisi was named Outstanding Alumni in World Languages by West Virginia University. Mr. Parisi received his Juris Doctor from New York Law (2003) and, upon graduation was inducted into the Order of the Barrister (US) for excellence in oral and written advocacy.
Mr. Parisi speaks on issues of inadmissibility at several national and international conferences of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (“AILA”) and for other prestigious organisations. He has authored numerous publications on this topic for AILA and had his work featured in various legal publications. Mr. Parisi is currently the Chair of AILA's Department of State Liaison Committee. Mr. Parisi is also included in the publication Who’s Who Legal: Corporate Immigration. He has recently relocated to Brussels where enjoys singing and is a member of the International Chorale of Brussels and from where he enjoys catching the Eurostar back to our office in London. He is admitted to practice law in New York.
Neha Sinha is an Associate at TL Brill Parisi in London. Ms. Sinha is a graduate of Bryn Mawr College (2007) with a BA in Economics and a minor in Political Science. She received her Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law in New Jersey in 2010 and has been working in immigration law since she began as a summer associate in 2009. Ms. Sinha relocated to the UK in 2015 and received a Masters of Law from King's College London's Dickson Poon School of law in 2016.
Ms. Sinha has clerked for a Justice of the New York Supreme Court as well as for a New Jersey Superior Court Judge. She served as lead attorney in charge of the Special Immigrant Juvenile Status Program at Immigration Legal Services of Long Island in New York and prior to pursuing her LLM, she worked as an associate attorney in the United States Attorney's Office in the Eastern District of New York. She is currently a member of AILA and its Rome District-EMEA chapter and is admitted to practice law in New York.
